Expander 1.2 - Link to nested expanders

When loading a page with a hash, or changing the hash of a page, any expander with the matching ID is expanded automatically. This update also makes any ancestors that are expanding sections also expand.

Non-breaking changes

• Linking to a nested expander using a hash will now also expand all expanders above it.
